Helping students to prepare for career planning

As part of our continued effort to nurture the younger generation, ExxonMobil Hong Kong (EMHK) supported a series of JA Career 4.0 Seminars organized by Junior Achievement Hong Kong this year. Following the two seminars held in February and March, our volunteer speaker Tony Kwok spoke at the third seminar at Fanling Rhenish Church Secondary School on April 25, where he shared his experience in various assignments in the company over the past 26 years and the skills and characteristics students should equip themselves with before joining the workforce.

Junior colleague Hei Yuen also shared his insight on study and job hunting and responded to students’ questions in the Q&A session. We hope the seminar could provide students with helpful information and attract more talent for energy and other industries.
