Helping students explore career choices through job shadowing at the terminal

On December 2, ExxonMobil Hong Kong held a job shadow day at the Tsing Yi Terminal, where around 10 staff served as mentors to lead 19 students from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to gain hands-on knowledge and experience in the workplace. The students also learned from the mentors the prospects of the energy industry and job variety at the terminal.

"ExxonMobil Hong Kong is committed to promoting youth development, and we are pleased to provide the students with the job shadowing opportunity at the terminal. We hope the students have gained a better understanding of the energy industry and obtained a wider perspective of career choices,” said Hong Kong Fuels Operations Manager Keith Leung.
