Nurturing a new generation of ethical business leaders

With the support of ExxonMobil Hong Kong (EMHK), Junior Achievement Hong Kong has recently organized two separate Business Ethics workshops for over 120 tertiary students from various tertiary institutions in Hong Kong.

Two EMHK volunteer speakers, namely Ian Wong, Hong Kong/Macau Loyalty & Card Programs Manager, and Barry Li, Midstream Global Competency & Training Manager, discussed their practical insights on dealing with ethical challenges in the workplace and shared useful skills to handle these dilemmas in real-life situations with the participating students in the online workshops on March 17 and 21 respectively.

EMHK has been the sole sponsor of the Business Ethics program for 17 years in an effort to provide the young generation with a learning opportunity to understand business ethics and acquire ethical leadership skills which help prepare them for future career success. The program has benefited over 6,100 tertiary students in Hong Kong.
