Job shadowing in a multinational energy company

“Tell me, and I will forget. Show me, and I may remember. Involve me, and I will understand.” As an extension of the ExxonMobil Hong Kong-sponsored Business Ethics classes organized by Junior Achievement Hong Kong earlier this year, a job shadowing program was held on November 7 for a group of 10 students from three local universities. The students highly appreciated their mentors at ExxonMobil for sharing their knowledge and experience in practising business ethics at workplace in a multinational energy company. They were also impressed by our safety and health culture.
