From STEM to inter-generational harmony

Promoting STEM and fostering a caring culture in the community are always foci of ExxonMobil Hong Kong. On March 9, the company achieved these two goals in one day. As part of the ExxonMobil Hong Kong-sponsored Teen STEM Maker program, a group of primary students visited an elder home in Lam Tin and brought joy to the golden agers with robotic dance and mask-changing performances, which were designed by the students with the programming skills learned from the program’s STEM course held earlier. Facilitated by ExxonMobil volunteers, the two-hour visit was full of laughter while promoting inter-generational harmony.
