Adventures with underprivileged families

In December, ExxonMobil Hong Kong and St. James' Settlement joined force to organize outing activities for underprivileged groups, allowing them to get a touch with nature while spending quality time with their families.

On December 15, 2018, participants from South Asian ethnic groups and local families enjoyed a day of fun and adventure with ExxonMobil volunteers at Kam Tin Country Club. Through sharing of their personal stories, the participants also gained better understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity.

On December 2, a group of disadvantaged children and their families spent a fun-filled day at Tai Mei Tuk, where they enjoyed outdoor barbecue while competing in a grilling contest. The event not only allow the participants to have a touch of nature, but also provided them with an opportunity to spend time together with their families, strengthening their family bonds.
