Supporting green hiking activities to promote environmental education

ExxonMobil Hong Kong (EMHK) is committed to promoting environmental education. Supported by the company, 76 colleagues and their relatives and friends participated in "Green Power Hike 2023" organized by Green Power and "Green Hero Challenge 2023" organized by The Green Earth. Not only did the participants raise funds for the two non-profit making organizations to support their environmental education work, but they also collected waste on trails to achieve “Leave No Trace” hiking.
The company also held an internal green hiking and Instagram post creation contest, encouraging colleagues to submit photos taken during their hikes to share what they saw and felt . The winning entries will be uploaded to EMHK Instagram (@exxonmobil_hk) this month. Follow us on Instagram to appreciate the beauty of nature in the entries and get to know the importance of protecting the environment.
