Inspiring the youth through young business professional's sharing

ExxonMobil Hong Kong always strives to inspire our young generation through various channels. This time, our Hong Kong & Macau Commercial Vehicles Accounts Manager Queenie Ng was invited by Junior Achievement Hong Kong to be the speaker for JA Leader Dialogue for 280 students from Lai King Catholic Secondary School via Zoom on November 24.

During the virtual session, Queenie encouraged the students to learn outside of the classroom by sharing her study abroad and other interesting overseas experiences during her undergraduate years, such as camping in the wild and volunteer teaching in Sichuan. As a young business professional, she also talked about her six-year challenging but rewarding career journey at ExxonMobil including her assignments in different business units and expat life in Shanghai. At the end, she reminded the students of five key elements for success in work: communication, adaptability, enthusiasm to learn, sense of responsibility and innovation.
