Introducing pay-at-the-pump system for Esso auto-LPG customers

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide ever-improving service to customers, we have recently introduced the pay-at-the-pump system for our auto-LPG at Esso service stations in Hong Kong to enable an easier refilling process without leaving the vehicles for payment, which means a much shortened transaction time, allowing potential business and personal gains. The new system will also enhance the overall site efficiency and service quality for serving more customers. It has already been introduced in seven service stations, including Esso Shek Mun, Kowloon Bay, Tai Wo Hau, Tsuen Wan, Wong Chuk Hang, Ping Shan and Sai Kung stations, and will be extended to more stations in 1Q 2020.
