A representative office of ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Co. Ltd. The span of responsibilities of EMCP&P in Hong Kong includes the formulation and implementation of business strategies and policies, stewardship review of performance, and investment planning and advice for ExxonMobil shareholders.

As the manufacturing arm of the integrated manufacturing and marketing investment opportunities in Fujian province, Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (FREP) is a large-scale petrochemical enterprise. It is jointly owned by ExxonMobil and Saudi Aramco – each with 25 percent of the venture – as well as Fujian Petrochemical Co.
